What is the advantage of a PT guided exercise program vs. a personal trainer?
Physical therapists have extensive training (doctoral degree) in the body including joint, muscle and nerve function. Understanding how all these systems work together is critical in an exercise program especially after surgery or with an underlying medical condition. Our programs are all with a rehabilitative focus working on proper muscle recruitment patterns, education in proper exercise technique and client-specific progression.
