Insurance companies for whom we are contracted with will be processed according to the policy terms. You will still be responsible for any co-pays or deductibles.
For those insurance policies that we have opted out of, we offer a competitive cash rate. The discounted cash rate will cover the entire cost of each visit and is payable at the time of service. As a courtesy, we will bill your insurance carrier, if requested, as you may be eligible for a partial refund based on your policy limits. If we are an out of network provider for you, we will work to maximize every visit and respect any individual financial constraints.
