Sushma graduated from Ithaca College Physical Therapy program 1985 and then went on to complete her Manual therapy certification in 2000 from the Institute of Graduate Physical Therapy in St. Augustine, Florida.
Before settling in the Kansas City area she had the privilege of working at top-rated facilities such as Johns Hopkins and New England Baptist Hospital learning from some of the most reputable physicians in the country. Prior to opening Body In Motion (now Fyzical), she assisted in the development of system-wide hospital ergonomics and workman’s compensation programs. She has taught classes on exercise, joint protection, spinal dysfunctions and ergonomics to nurse case managers, the general public, and her peers.
Her manual therapy background has allowed her to provide effective care in the management of spinal dysfunctions, orthopedic injuries and overuse conditions.

Chelsea earned her undergraduate degree at Vanderbilt University while on a swimming scholarship. During her junior year, she suffered a shoulder injury allowing her to experience the rehabilitation process firsthand and solidifying her desire to pursue a career in Physical Therapy. Chelsea earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Saint Mary in 2016. Having been a lifelong athlete with her fair share of injuries, she feels a connection with her patients and endeavors to see things through their eyes. She is incredibly excited to begin her career as a physical therapist at Fyzical and pursue her passion of helping others recover from injury.

Camille Snyder, PT, DPT has been an active clinician for over 32 years. She graduated from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center in 1989. She holds active licenses in Missouri, Kansas, and Colorado. In 1998, she earned her Orthopedic Clinical Specialist Board Certification through the American Board of Physical Therapists Specializations. Desiring to continue to be a clinical leader, she received her Doctor of Physical Therapy in 2006 from Arizona University of Health Sciences. Camille currently serves as the President of the American Physical Therapy Association Kansas Chapter (APTA Kansas). During her free time, she loves to travel and enjoys mountain climbing and skiing.

Cayli earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Saint Mary in 2016. During her formative years, Cayli participated in activities including soccer, basketball, volleyball, skiing and CrossFit. Her interest in physical therapy started after becoming a patient herself for a variety of sports related injuries. Because of these experiences, Cayli believes in a hands-on approach to physical therapy treatment and has received the highest-level dry needling certification in order to treat all areas of the body. Cayli enjoys spending time with her family, home projects, and staying active!

Kate joined the Fyzical team in September 2019 and serves as BIM’s business manager and scheduling coordinator. Kate is a native of the Shawnee Mission area. In 2003, Kate earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Pittsburg State University. After college Kate accepted a position for the Department of Defense as a private contractor. She spent the next ten years living and working overseas. After returning to Kansas she attended two more years of college in the Allied Health Field. She has been working in the medical field ever since.

Shirley has been in the medical field for the past 20 yrs. She has worked as an LPN and managed medical offices in which insurance billing is a big part of her responsibilities. She has worked for Fyzical for the past 11 yrs as the billing /AR specialist.
When not working, Shirley keeps busy spending time with herdog, family, and friends which include 6 grandkids that rock her world. She enjoys any outside activity and loves watching her Royals and Chiefs!!
